Dear Gallatin R-V Parents and Guardians, As of this afternoon, inclement weather has not impacted our area. However, with a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 3 AM to 6 PM tomorrow (Wednesday, February 5, 2024), we are monitoring conditions closely. Forecast Details: Freezing drizzle and light freezing rain are expected, with potential ice accumulation up to one-tenth of an inch. Hazardous road conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. We will assess road conditions first thing in the morning and make a call if any delays or schedule changes are necessary. We will err on the side of caution if freezing precipitation is present, but for now, we plan to operate on a regular schedule. Please stay tuned for any updates. Gallatin R-V Administration

Gallatin R-V Schools Closure Notice Due to a weather forecast of dangerously cold wind chills in effect until noon CST on Tuesday, Gallatin R-V Schools will remain closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. All Gallatin R-V facilities will also be closed for activities to ensure everyone's safety. We plan to resume school as normally scheduled on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Gallatin R-V Schools will start classes at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 9, 2025. This delay allows for improved visibility to ensure our students and staff arrive safely at school. The Gallatin High School Lady Bulldogs are making history by advancing to the Class 1 State Softball Championship for the first time! The game will take place tomorrow, Saturday, November 2, 2024, at 10:00 am. We couldn’t be prouder—good luck, Lady Bulldogs!

It is with great pleasure the Gallatin R-V School District invites all community members to the Gallatin Square to wish our Lady Bulldogs luck at the MSHSAA Class 1 Softball State Tournament! The GHS Softball team bus will depart the Gallatin R-V campus at 9:20 am. The bus will complete one lap around the Gallatin Square before departing for Springfield. Please wear as much red as possible to support our Lady Bulldogs, and we look forward to seeing you on the square.

Send-Off Details: Date: Thursday, Oct. 31 Time: 8:50 am – 9:10 am Location: Gallatin Elementary, Middle, and High Schools Event Update: The Gallatin home football game against Maysville has been moved to Thursday night. Join us in cheering on the Lady Bulldogs as they take on Paris this Friday at 11:00 am at the Killian Softball Complex in Springfield. Let’s show our team some support as they head to State!

All bids must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024.
